1.1 Disclaimer 
Information provided in this FAQ area is intended to be used as a general advice to the users of PC Partner products. However, PC Partner Ltd. will not be held responsible for any possible damages that may occur as a result of using any of the information contained in this FAQ. Neither will it be held responsible for any typing errors. Information in this FAQ is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
1.2 Product Certification 
All PC Partner products go through intensive compatibility and reliability tests in our Quality Assurance Lab, before releasing for mass production. These include popular hardware / accesssories, and operating systems : Windows NT v4.0, Windows 98SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP. Network operating systems include: Netware v3.12, Netware v4.1, SCO UNIX, Linux. 

Selected models are built into PC main units and sent for Microsoft Windows Hardware Quality Lab (WHQL / Windows Logo), Novell, SCO UNIX, Intel Verification Lab, AMD Platform Verification Lab, for compatibility certification. These PC main units also go for various safety regulatory (UL, CSA) and electromagnetic radiation compliance test (FCC, CE)  

Other system integrator companies also use PC Partner motherboards in their PC systems and send for certification. For more detailed information on our product certifications, please refer to the Web Sites and BBS of the respective certification agencies. 

1.3 Where to buy PC Partner products 

PC Partner motherboards, add-on cards and PC systems are sold world wide and various channels. Resellers should purchase our boards through distributors.

1.4 Warranty of PC Partner products 
Unless otherwise specified with special agreement, all PC Partner products in general has standard warranty period of 12 months from the date of shipment. This warranty covers defectives due to manufacturing faults, excluding defectives due to mishandling or misuse by the distributors or customers.  

Your distributor / dealer may have a different warranty agreement with the end user, compared with the agreement at PC Partner Ltd. End user should refer to the exact agreement from the distributor / reseller, and for details on return of defective items. 

1.5 How to get technical support for PC Partner products 
PC Partner products may be sold as part of a PC system, or as a separate item for integration or upgrade to the end user. The primary source for technical support and support for defective parts is your reseller. It is because most likely your reseller is the one that configured your system for you. They have the best idea of what is in your system, and they should be able to serve your exact needs. In addition, it is more practical for you to bring your system to them to have it serviced rather than trying to fix things yourself.
